1. What are your shipping options?

We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery takes 15 to 30 business days. Please note that tracking details are not available for orders shipped via standard shipping.
  • Express Shipping (DHL): Delivers in 4-6 business days and includes tracking details. If you choose this option, ensure to provide your contact details during checkout for smooth delivery.

2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery is 15 to 30 business days.
  • Express Shipping (DHL): Arrives in 4-6 business days with tracking available.

3. What is your returns and exchanges policy?

We do not accept returns or exchanges due to the nature of our products. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it promptly.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Cancellations are not accepted, so please verify all details before placing your order. If you encounter any problems, reach out to us for support.


5. Do I need to pay customs or import taxes?

Yes, buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.


6. How can I track my order?

Tracking details are only available for Express Shipping (DHL) orders. Standard Shipping does not include tracking.


7. What payment options do you accept?

We accept payments securely through PayPal on our Shopify store. Your payment information remains safe and encrypted.


8. What types of products do you sell?

We offer a wide variety of farm-fresh, organic, and natural products, including vegetables, fruits, herbs, and spices sourced from Kerala.
